At Luqman Herbal Care, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality herbal products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging with all seals intact (due to the nature of herbal/health products, we cannot accept opened bottles or jars for hygiene reasons).
2. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us immediately at luqmanherbalcare@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days and we'll deliver the exchanged product within next 7 days.
3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or bank account.

You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's policies.
4. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
