Refund policy

At Luqman Herbal Care, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality herbal products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

  • You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all seals intact (due to the nature of herbal/health products, we cannot accept opened bottles or jars for hygiene reasons).

2. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us immediately at luqmanherbalcare@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days and we'll deliver the exchanged product within next 7 days.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or bank account.

  • You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's policies.

4. Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
